Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you order, book an appointment, send a message or join our email list.
• Order details, such as shipping and billing addresses, ring size, engraving text and the pieces you buy.
• Messages, including what you tell our specialists about your budget and preferences.
• Hints you send. If you use “Drop a hint”, we use the friend's email address you enter only to send that one message.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Stripe receives your card details; we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it to keep the site running, secure and fast.

• To make, ship and support your order, including resizing, repairs and warranty service
• To answer your questions and arrange appointments
• To send order updates and, if you've signed up, our emails about new designs and guides
• To prevent fraud and keep our site and customers safe
• To improve our website and products
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business, and only what each one needs:

• Our workshop and diamond suppliers, to make your piece and send your diamond
• Shipping carriers, such as FedEx, to deliver your order
• Payment processing by Stripe
• Service providers for website hosting, email delivery and customer service
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers

If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may move to the new owner under this same policy. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Your shopping bag and a few display settings are saved in your own browser, so they're still there when you come back. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

We don't currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add them, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

• Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop them. We'll still send messages about your orders.
• Your information. Email concierge@aurellediamonds.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We'll never treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email concierge@aurellediamonds.com. We'll confirm your identity and reply within 45 days.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted access and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

We keep order records for as long as you own the piece, so we can honor your warranty, and as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually seven years. Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.

Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
