Guessing a ring size works about as often as guessing a shoe size. We'll mail you a free plastic sizer — the same tool jewelers use — anywhere in the US. Request one through the concierge and it ships the same day.
Size a ring they already wear
Borrow a ring that fits the correct finger (left ring finger for most engagement rings). Measure the inside diameter in millimeters: 16.5mm is a size 6, 17.3mm a size 7, 18.1mm a size 8. Between sizes? Round up — a slightly loose ring goes on; a tight one doesn't.
No ring to borrow? Wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length: 51.9mm ≈ size 6, 54.4mm ≈ size 7, 57mm ≈ size 8.
If you get it wrong
Resizing is free for life on every Aurelle ring. Most proposals happen with a best-guess size; we adjust it after the yes.
