Terms & Conditions

Every piece is made to order. We describe and photograph each one as accurately as we can, but handmade jewelry can vary slightly, and colors look different from screen to screen.

• A center diamond's weight, grades and measurements are those on its grading report from GIA, IGI or GCAL.
• Weights for smaller diamonds are approximate total weights (“ct tw”).
• Lab-grown diamonds are always labeled as lab-grown. They are real diamonds, made above ground instead of mined.
• Gold is solid, never plated or hollow. Each piece is stamped with its karat, or “PLAT” for platinum.

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If we find a pricing or description error after you order, we'll contact you before your piece is made, and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

Your order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. We accept an order when we start making it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a diamond is no longer available or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

You can change or cancel your order for free until production starts, usually within 24 hours of ordering.

You pay in full when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sales tax is charged where the law requires it and shown before you pay.

Delivery dates are estimates, explained in shipping & returns. Every package is insured until it's signed for. Ownership and responsibility for your order pass to you on delivery.

You can return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our return policy. Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty. These policies are part of these terms and don't affect your rights under the law.

For pieces designed with our concierge, we'll confirm the design, price and timing in writing before we start. Custom pieces can't be returned once you approve the design, but they carry the same lifetime warranty.

Our photos, designs, text and logos belong to Aurelle or our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it or placing fake orders.

Our site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.
