Aurelle's personalized pieces — engravable signets, initial charms, and medallions — are made to order in 2–3 weeks in solid 14k and 18k gold, with engraving done in-house. Any Aurelle ring or pendant can also carry a hidden inscription; just ask at checkout.

What can be engraved on jewelry?+

Initials, names, dates, coordinates, roman numerals, and short phrases are the staples; signet faces take monograms and crests, band interiors take full sentences in fine script. If it can be lettered, our engravers can usually fit it.

Does engraving cost extra?+

Simple machine engraving is often included or modest in cost; hand engraving and custom monogram work add more, reflecting the artisan hours involved. The concierge quotes exact engraving costs per piece before you commit.

How long does personalized jewelry take?+

Our standard 2–3 week make time includes the engraving, so personalization rarely delays a piece. Elaborate hand-engraved crests through the atelier can take somewhat longer — flag your deadline and we'll plan to it.

Is personalized jewelry returnable?+

Engraved pieces are made uniquely yours, which limits standard resale — so while our 30-day policy covers most issues, we confirm spelling, dates, and layout carefully with you before the graver touches metal. Review your engraving proof closely.
